CTLC INC was formed in 1991 by Fran Bonner. Christian Tender Loving Care and Candle-Ridge Estate Senior Room and Board were formed under the CTLC INC umbrella.
Ms. Bonner has cared for the disabled and elderly for over sixty years with all types of physical and mental disabilities.
Candle-Ridge Estate Senior Room & Board takes pride in providing the best senior care to the elderly community of Fort Worth and Dallas, Texas.

Candle-Ridge Estate Senior Room & Board Home for the Elderly and Disabled persons is provided in a private home setting, with all the comforts the resident would enjoy in their own home without the expense and worry of maintenance.
Residents receive only the assistance and personal care needed.
Services provided:
- Assistance with daily living
- Medication supervision
- 3 nutritious meals daily, and a snack
- Laundry and housekeeping
- Scheduled activities
The above services are provided under the supervision of a Doctor, RN or LVN and by a Loving Professional Christian Staff.
This beautiful, executive home is located in Southwest Fort Worth, Candle Ridge Addition. And is located on 3/4 acre. The backyard is adjacent to a city park which offers picnic areas by the lake, and is surrounded with sidewalks to provide for morning or evening walks.
The building is a 1 1/2 story, 5200 square foot with 6 bedrooms and 4 1/2 baths, living and dining areas, and is very well landscaped.
